Hiv RNA neg 32day and 2nda generation antibody test is this good can I stop worring. Please help?

Almost conclusive. This combination is almost 100% conclusive. However, the older (second generation) antibody tests can take up to 3 months to become positive. Have another test at that time; or have a 3rd or 4th generation test would be conclusive now.
It is good. After exposure to hiv, most people who become infected will have a positive HIV RNA test by 32 days. The 2d generation antibody test is also usually positive by then, but may take a little longer. I would be much less worried, but it is always a good idea to repeat the antibody test at 90 days to be sure.
