I have ongoing neck stiffness. What is a quick way to relieve while at work etc?

Posture. While at work, make sure that you are sitting with good posture. Also, make sure that if you are working with a computer, that the screen is elevated, so you don't keep looking down while working. If spending time on the phone, a headset may help. I would also recommend an evaluation with a physical therapist, so you can learn neck stabilization exercises. Stress relaxation may help as well.
