In brief: Spinal cyst

Spinal cyst is a collection of cerebrospinal fluid and it can be characterized as either extradural (outside the dura) or intradural (inside the dura).
Most of the spinal cysts are idiopathic, but they can be developed from congenital defect; arachnoid adhesion secondary to infection; trauma from lumbar puncture; or iatrogenic cause from injected contrast dye.

In brief: More info, please

I am not sure if you are talking about a skin cyst or a cyst on a vertebra or where.
..? I'd appreciate more detail about this matter!
