Last night i took two sleep tablets of 50 mg that contain diphenylamine. Today i feel groggy, drowsy, and agitated. What is happening in my brain and body and are there antidotes?

In brief: Modafinil

Provigil or nuvigil, indicated for sleep apnea, narcolepsy, and shift work disorder, are histamine activating which might counteract.
In general, you should feel better and better as the day goes on. Be careful with driving and operating machines if you are drowsy, but it will be out of your system by tomorrow so don't worry too much. Drink plenty of water and keep moving.

In brief: "Diphenylamine"?

Are you sure you're spelling the drug in your tablets correctly? "diphenylamine" is a compound applied to apples to protect their skins in storage.
If you mean Diphenhydramine -- that's different and is in many commonly used over-the-counter sleep meds. Your brain apparently doesn't like the effects of this kind of sedative. Best antidote is not to take any more -- drink lots of water too.
