I have an anteverted uterus with subserous myoma measuring 4.8x4.3x3.6cm which now grew to 6.8x5.6x5.2cm in a year. What should I do?

In brief: Have it removed

As u ahae a growing fibroid and it will most likely continue to grow, the bigger it gets the harder it is to remove if u want to preserve child bearing , u need a myomectomy, if u do not then a robotic hysterectomy so please discuss these options with your doc.

It also sounds like you are a candidate for a robotic myomectomy.
