In brief: None I recommend

The only tried and true remedy for gallstones is removal of the gallbladder. Ursodiol is a non-surgical consideration, but not very effective and not considered the standard of care.

In brief: Many possibilities

Gallbladder disease often responds well to holistic approaches.
Diet, herbs, acupuncture, vitamins, minerals & enzymes can help. Many claim gallbladder flushes can help, though this is controversial. It is well worth trying alternatives, as the standard approach, gall bladder removal, is extreme and irreversible. If all else fails surgery can be done. See http://hbmag.Com/gallbladder-rescue/ & comment.

Like many alternative therapies there is very little research on natural remedies for gallstones, but most are harmless and worth a try. This site has lots of info to check out: http://www.earthclinic.com/CURES/gallstones.html A book worth looking at is The Liver and Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse: An All-Natural, At-Home Flush to Purify and Rejuvenate Your Body by Andreas Moritz
