Probably not. but you need to talk to your doctor about this issue. Warfarin rash tends to induce huge bruises and likely more generalized than confined to the legs. However it is possible that this may be from HCQ especially if it had been introduced within the past month or so. If problem persists, you may need to see a dermatologist. Every evening my grandpa (70 yrs) complains of severe itching on legs. What it could be?

Coconut Oil/Fish Oil. Coconut oil helps with dry skin in the winter time when ingested. It looks like a jar of lard but tastes good enough--not as good as an easter egg. You can put it in hot cereal in the morning and even cook and bake with it. Sublingual B12 can help. Check w/doc. Alternatively, high doses of marine fish oil can help if not on a blood thinners.
