Have COPD 2years ago had flu and pneumo from then to now have been on oxygen 24/7. At 71 yrs of age would pulmonary rehab help me ween off oxygen?

Depending on the severity of your condition .
Do a continuous pulse oximetry and experiment for yourself . Avoid exposure to smoke. Do incentive spirometry frequently. Stay active. Follow up with your pulmonary specialist. Be compliant with your meds . God bless u!

If you can reduce the oxygen and blood oxygen levels remain normal that is a good sign.
Exercise is always helpful. If not smoking, no alcohol, eating an anti-inflammatory diet, taking vit d3, getting a good night sleep, then gentle movements with some resistance on the out breathe would be very helpful for getting off. Pulmonary rehab could help you develop some good routines to do at home.
