I have really bad cramping in my ribs that make me crouch up into a ball but I get to the point that I throw up what could it be?

This is very atypical.
The ribs don't spasm but the intercostal muscles do. This can be due to various neurologic conditions or may reflect some intrathoracic infectious/inflammatory/metabolic etilogy emanating from irriation of the parietal pleura. You need an exam, some basic preliminary lab studies and an chest xray just to begin.
