Quit smoking cigarettes cold turkey when i found out i was 5wks preg. It's been very difficult lately to not smoke, i'm 12wks now would just 1 hurt?

If you were a heavy smoker, then it will definitely be difficult to quit cold turkey. You can devise a regimen with your doctor. Your doctor might also provide your with other resources, such as group sessions or programs. Wish you all the best!
