In brief: Some risk
The combo may increase the risk of bleeding, the risk of an excess Cymbalta (duloxetine) level, and the extend of platelet inhibition.

In brief: Excedrin & Cymbalta (duloxetine)
Routine use of both of these medications increases the risk of bleeding.
Es Excedrin has caffeine in it, which may increase serum levels of Cymbalta (duloxetine) (including its potential side effects). The two together can also impair metabolism in the liver. That being said, occasional use of ex Excedrin is unlikely to causes problems. The key word is occasional! ultimately, check with your doctor first.

Only as needed & as prescribed.
Long-term regular use can affect your blood clotting mechanism & increase bleeding tendencies.
