Obesity. I am 54. Height 164. Weight 95. Doing vigorous exercise. No result. No thyroid. What to do?

Remember. Exercise is only part of the weight loss equation. The other component is your diet. If your really are exercising as vigorously as you mention then you need to take a close look at what your daily caloric intake is. Remember weight loss hinges on the balances of calories you take in versus burn.
See doctor. This is 95 kg. Your doctor needs to be involved in order to determine the cause/treatment. Obesity is a risk factor for diabetes, dyslipidemia and cardiovascular disease. Your lifestyle may need to be addressed including the food you eat.
