In brief: Go easy on milk

Your child should have a total of 20-24 ounces of milk.
Your child isn't eating as much as she used to, because she is not growing as much. Let her graze when she eats, rather than formal meals. Also giving too much milk will bloat her abdomen and she won't have enough room for solids.

In brief: Less

Children need about 16 oz of cow's milk after age 1 year for vitamin d, calcium, and fat.
After that, cow's milk is actually poor nutrition. If you wish to continue to breast feed, 1-2 cups of cows milk per day is plenty. She will eat more healthy solid foods if she's not so full on milk.
