Can musculoskeletal tension, rhinitis, and anxiety cause breathing problems. I had pft which confirmed asthma. I don't take any medications. Should i?

Yes but keep in mind people who are short of breath will also have increased muscle tension so difficult to tell cause and effect.
Sounds like you would benefit from treatment-may be able to get by with treatment for rhinitis alone but for sure if you are symptomatic then you should be on therapy.
