I've been diagnosed with post nasal drip & lately i've had canker sores. Can the 2 be related and can you get sores in your throat?

In brief: Sores
Post nasal drip and canker sores are typically not related.
However if you feel that you have sores in your throat, you need an evaluation.

In brief: No and yes
The two conditions are not related and you can get canker sores in your throat but are more common in the mouth.
Canker sores are an autoimmune response to a food or substance that you are exposed to. Sometimes canker sores can appear in the throat and not actually be canker sores but a viral infection which would make you feel ill.
