Being a busy parent myself.
..I sympathize. However, look for ways to cut back on calories - simple carbohydrates (breads, chips, crackers, etc). Don't eat the leftovers on your childrens' plates, and take some personal time for a walk (pushing a stroller is good exercise). Remember, setting a good example for your children will go a long way, as children who are obese will likely grow up obese.
