Yes. There is no reason to not eat shrimp. Make sure you eat a well balanced diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruit, grains and low in saturated fats.
Yes. The fda and epa both say women can eat up to 12 ounces of seafood per week, but other studies have shown eating more doesn't do harm. Just try to limit this to low mercury containing seafood such as shrimp, crab, salmon, catfish, and tilapia.
