Most likely neither. When one is not "hungry" but always "want(s)" to eat that sounds like some type of eating disorder. It seems you are worried about how you are dealing with wanting to eat all the time but never being hungry. It isn't weird but it isn't normal either. Talk to your doctor or a counselor to help you answer that question.
Not neccesarily. Many times eating is a behavioral response/habit that is independent of hunger. Sometimes we eat in response to being thirsty. If this is the case, you will not feel hungry but eat when you are really thirsty. Since you've fulfilled your eating need, you're brain isn't going to signal that it's hungry because it never is.
