What can I expect during wisdom teeth removal?

Depends. Your expectations will be dependent upon how your surgery is performed. If your surgery is performed under local anesthesia alone, you will feel some pressure and hear some noise. If you are sedated with an IV you may have minimal or no recall of the procedure and have a very comfortable procedure.
No pain. You should be completely numb and not feel anything for the removal of your wisdom teeth. Discuss your particular circumstances with your surgeon for more specific answers and the options regarding local anesthesia, with or without "sweet air", or IV sedation.
