Miscarriage a year ago negative pregnancy test 5 days late brown discharge could I still pregnant.

Trust the test . A pregnancy test can detect a bhcg of about 20. Your bhcg roughly doubles every 48 hours. Let's say the first day you took it you were barely pregnant with a level of 19. 48 hours later your bhcg would be 38 which is way above the level for a urine pregnancy test to detect it. Home tests work really well and can be trusted. Repeat and if negative then you are not pregnant.

I have had two recurring miscarriages now I'm a week late got loads of discharge only came of pill last month and getting a negative pregnancy test?

I would speak to . Your obgyn...What day of your cycle are you? If the first day of full flow is cycle day 1 and you are now cycle day 35 or greater and your pregnancy test is negative it could be that you skipped a period. If you have a history of irregular periods that require control with birth control pills than it would not be unusual to skip after stopping them...At any rate you should see you local obgyn. Tests are accurate. In a woman with regular periods, some causes of a late period include: excessive weight loss or weight gain, increased exercising, emotional stress, having an illness, traveling, medicines (such as hormone pills), hormonal imbalances, etc… Seeing a doctor is a good idea if symptoms are persistent or worrisome. If wanting to retest, one can try another brand of urine test and do it next week. Read more...

OB . Sorry you are not feeling well. It is a good idea to see an ON/GYN get hormone labs drawn and possibly ultrasound/pelvic exam. Studies show 10 days of oral medroxyprogesterone acetate or norethindrone acetate will cause withdrawal bleeding a sort of pharmacological curettage and will hopefully restore your normal rhythmic menstual period. Dilation and curretage is a reasonable next step by OB. . Read more...
