In brief: Moisturize

Avoid perfumed or scented soaps, lotions, detergents.
For itching try an antihistamine. I recommend dove soap and eucerin, other option is cedaphil or vanicream products . Topical steroid use as needed is also part if treatment. We can help control symptoms but flare ups will happen.
