What is the purposeful of doing the fluoroscopy examination? Why it has to be this except e.G. Ct or x-ray? Why fluoroscopy is so important?

In brief: What's wrong?

Like any test fluoroscopy seeks to answer a specific question, commonly screening for oral, esophagus, stomach or small bowel disease.
It is less commonly used to evaluate the colon than in the past. We even evaluate diaphragm motion with it.

In brief: Dynamic information

Exams under fluoro can visualize certain body parts as they move.
Consider the barium swallow test, under fluoro, a movie can be made of the esophagus during swallowing. With ct and x-ray, only static images can be taken. Think of it as you would compare snapshots to a movie.
