In brief: Sore under tongue
Most likely thrush.
Leukoplakia? See your doctor for evaluation and treatment. Make sure you dental and oral hygiene is meticulous and consistent. If you are a smoker, consider quitting. If the lesion does not resolve after treatment for thrush, particularly if you are a smoker +/- drinker, you should see an ENT for examination and possible biopsy to rule out a more serious condition.
