In brief: Form of Dysautonomia

Dysautonomia refers to a constellation of symptoms and signs that are related to malfunction of the autonomic nervous system.
This is part of the body that regulates involuntary actions between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. Involuntary functions include things like heartbeat, breathing, digestion, and body temperature regulation. During menses these systems are activated.

In brief: With headache??

Some women have migraine headaches associated with menses.
The theory is that the change in hormone levels, trigger changes in vasomotor response... And migraines are considered headaches with a vascular etiology. It might be useful for you to monitor your blood pressure, twice/day for a month and include two menstrual cycles, to see what you find out. Also, would discuss with a neurologist!
