In brief: Symptoms; testing

Often a UTI is suggested by burning with urination, urinary frequency, and possibly blood in the urine (orangish color).
Some experience pain over the bladder area. Although there are otc products to ease discomfort, they discolor the urine & making urinalysis more difficult. Avoid caffeinated drinks; increase fluid intake to help flush bacteria out, & see your doctor for testing & treatment.

In brief: Symptoms

Young men UTI is not common.
If you have it, pain around your bladder, increased urge to pass urine, pain during passing urine, and sometimes blood tingled urine. A simple urine test is needed. If a male has UTI then further testing is needed, including a urine culture and considering seeing a urologist. best of luck
