What are the preheadache, headache, and postheadache symptoms of migraine. Can you have a migraine without nausea and aura?

In brief: Migraine is variable

Migraine headache may be associated with a prodrome ( symptoms that precede the headache by 48 hours or so), and / or an aura ( a focal neurologic symptom- often visual- sparkly jagged lines, etc.
) that heralds the headache. Not all migraines cause nausea and many do not have an aura, in fact some migraines have an aura but no headache! postheadache symptoms often include fatigue.
