If you are referring to wear-off that occurs later in the day when the effects wane, consider vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine).
It is a much longer acting adderall. Some will utilize a short-acting dextro-amphetamine later in the day to ease the wear-off and extend benefits through the afternoon/evening. Cutting down on the caffeine tends to help as well. Eating full meals in particular breakfast keeps blood level even.

There is no real way around it.
What i usually do is try to give a adequate dose that would last most of the day so that by the time is start to ware off you have been done with your day activity, this way it does not interfere with work/school.
