Constipation on daily basis?

No. No this is constipation! get on a hi fiber diet, 20-25 grams of fiber per day, drink 80-100 ounces of non caffeinated, non alcoholic fluids daily and increase your fluids if you do strenuous work or exercise. Do not use harsh laxatives. You need to eat and drink properly for normal bowel function.
Fiber. Should be on high fiber diet and drink. Alot of fluids. Should consider colonoscopy to be sure it is nothing serious (depending on your age).
