In brief: Yes

Although minimal amounts do no harm in mild cases of ms, alcohol can affect an already troubled cerebellum and increase the problems re balance and speech.

In brief: Not long term, BUT

If you get intoxicated, will make your MS symptoms profoundly worse for as long as you are drunk.
And if you become an alcoholic, the neurological complications will add profoundly to your MS disability in a geometric additive fashion. A few glasses of beer or wine are OK, but excess is risky.
