EF. There is mild concern over the progressive decrease in your EF but a cardiologist would be best to evaluate and explain your symptoms which are of concern. Having chest tightness slight dizziness short of breath. I was in a home an hour ago. The owners have multiple dogs. A cat and house isnt too clean.

Possibly allergies. Allergic symptoms to animal dander is very common and can take the form of wheezing, tearing, swelling and hives. Make sure you take a shower to remove any animal hair/dander you may have brought home and take some anti-histamines to reduce the allergic reactions.
