My body gets extremely itchy at the end of the day; I shower every other day, so I know i'm not dirty. My upper back, legs, neck, & head are effected.?

In brief: Dry skin?
You may be experiencing symptoms due to dry skin.
Try this: increase your showering to every day. Cool down the temperature to more like warm than hot, and limit the time to 10 minutes only. Soaps can be very drying, use a moisturizing bar-type cleanser instead. Rather than toweling dry right away, use a small amount of light baby oil before your dry and blot your skin, rather than rubbing it.
