In brief: Everyone different

It is diff for everyone, and depends also on yor appetite and type of Insulin u use.
On general, your blood sugars will rise more than usual after each meal and then be lower thru the night. Very impt to see ur endo to help u work out regimen cause not controlling this proper often leads to more serious problems (way too high or low bg).

In brief: Depends

Depends on multiple things.
How much do you normally take? What are your blood sugars like? How long will you be on Prednisone at this dose? Why are you on prednisone? Because of how complex this is, you really need to sit down with your diabetes team.

In brief: Can't say

Only the doctor currently taking care of your diabetes can answer this question.
It depends on how much Insulin you are using now and your level of control. Prednisone will increase your mealtime blood sugar so make sure you pay attention to what the numbers are after your meals.

Do you have a diabetes doctor? I would check in with his/her to see if your regimen is correct. You shouldn't go through this alone.
