Sore on tounge hurts small bubble?

Possible virus/burn. You may have an inflamed taste bud, but it could be a viral lesion or a burn. If it persists more than 3-5 days, i would let either your dentist or family physician take a look. It could be a viral lesion or you may have burned your tongue and don't recall the incident.
Bubble on Tongue. A "bubble" on the tongue may be seen with many common viral infections. If these bubbles occur frequently, this is usually seen with canker sores or fever blisters. Symptoms should pass within a week. If the blisters are larger than an dime or occur more than every few months, go see your primary healthcare provider. A trial of antiviral medications may be recommended.
