In brief: Of course

Certain stds can decrease your chance of getting pregnant.
Many people get pregnant with stds though. Getting tested is easy so don't put it off. If you have an std it can be treated which protects you and a future baby.

Also, certain STD's can increase the risk of a tubal/ectopic pregnancy. Be sure to discuss this with your doctor to determine if this pertains to you.

In brief: Usually

Unless the std (e.
g. Gonorrhea, chlamydia) affects the pelvis and/or fallopian tubes that results in scarring and possible blockage, conceiving should be possible. More important is that if one suspects he/she has an std, that it be treated right away.
