In brief: Yes

Angina is a non specific chest pain that can be due to multiple factors which includes stress, muscular, cardiovascular problems and respiratory issues.
The cardiovascular problem includes hypertension as a predisposing factor. Although hypertension per se is not equivalent to angina, it can be a factor to cause problems.

In brief: Yes!

Angina type pain comes when the muscle of the heart gets stretched or the heart perceives it is not getting enough oxygen.
Even high blood pressure without coronary artery disease can cause angina type pain, but you must first make sure there is no CAD and must make sure to control the blood pressure! most people with high blood pressure however have no symptoms.
