I am on a college budget, what is a cheap, easy, filling, and healthy diet plan I can follow (ie. Not ramen noodles).?
Cheap and easy. I am a fan of weight watchers but it does cost something per month. Basically you should eat all types of foods, watch your portions (very important), eat more vegetables and fruits, stay away from fast food or packaged food, and most importantly, exercise. Even going for a long walk is exercise. Don't forget a multivitamin each day. Good luck.
