In brief: Should not

Plain Allegra (fexofenadine) is an antihistamine -fexofanadine.
It does not cause high blood pressure except in very rare cases of hypersensitivity. Unlike many antihistamines, it does not tend to cause drowsiness. On the other hand, Allegra (fexofenadine) d, can cause hypertension because it is made with addition of pseudoephedrine--a decongestant which constricts blood vessels & can also cause palpitations and nervousness.

In brief: No

As long as it's plain Allegra (fexofenadine) without the "d" it won't raise blood pressure.
