In brief: Maybe

Fluoride would not be a problem but high nitrate levels during pregnancy have been associated with several health risks.

In brief: Avoid the nitrates

The amount of Fluoride is small and not a problem, but i would avoid anything with high amount of nitrates while pregnant.

In brief: Most likely

Perrier contains 0.
18ppm f. Cities that add Fluoride to their water "idealize" to 1ppm--nearly 5 times the dosage in perrier--not enough to harm, not enough to provide tooth protection for your baby's teeth. The sparkling water contains trace amounts of many minerals. Unless you are getting all your hydration from the bottle ($$$ and unnecessary), there should be no ill effects.
