I have been experiencing a dull pain on the right side of my body on the bottom of my rib cage. It hurts right after I eat. What could this be?

In brief: Some possibilities

If one has very uncomfortable tummy pain, and is normally in good health, plus is not pregnant, the possibilities include: appendicitis (usually has fever), gall stones, kidney stone (very painful), constipation (crampy), stomach flu, etc.
.. Most people with pain after meals, need a doctor's evaluation to be sure it is not gall stones, which may need an ultrasound scan and eventual surgery.
