My period is 3 weeks late.. 3 negative hpt. Feel normal jus mild cramping. Lower abdomen flutters, can a small eating disorder and stress cause this?

In brief: Sure.

Stress can definitely influence normal hormone production and disrupt normal menstrual cycling.
Also, if you have lost or gained any significant amount of weight, that can disrupt cycling as well. But testing (labs and sono) would be helpful to diagnose for sure. Also, i'm not sure that there is such a thing as a small eating disorder, it may not be as severe as others, but all are serious, des attn.
