I had my ECG done and twice 2 diff machine printed out saying tachycardia and left anterior fascicular blk. Dr says graph is fine. Shld I worry ?

You may have tachycardia because you were perhaps anxious during ekg.
Check your pulse at rest randomly. If you average over 90 or 100 at rest ask yourself why (poor shape physically, generally anxious, anemia, overactive thyroid, uncontrolled diabetes or other illness). Lafb means partially slow conduction of electrical impulse on the left side. If you feel well otherwise no worries.
