I'm taking amlor 5mgs. And 1 aspirin. I want to include a magnesium because univ of maryland said it reduces high blood pressure. Is t his good?

In and of itself, it has not been shown to lower blood pressure, although you still need enough of it to minimize risk for bad heart rhythms (dysrhythmia). On the other hand, you don't want too much because this can lead to diarrhea.
