I get headaches every morning when I wake up. Could it be high blood pressure?

Rather unlikely. Headaches due to high blood pressure are typically associated with striking elevations. More likely, you could have nocturnal bruxism, other jaw problems, neck issues, but even possible migraine onset. Could have your dentist check it out, but also confer with your family doctor. All of this is controllable.

Wake up in the morning with high blood pressure for about 10 minutes. Should I be worried about this? What causes it?

Hypertension. Hypertension is diagnosed when the basal (ie lowest) BP is consistently elevated. If you're normal throughout the day, i wouldn't give it another thought. When you sleep, you're not necessarily relaxed or at basal conditions. Sleep apnea should be considered/excluded. If you take BP meds, try shifting one to bedtime so it's still working in the morning. Read more...

Every night for a month I get a headache I do have high blood pressure but it good right now can u give me a reason this could be happening?

A couple ideas. While high blood pressure can contribute to headaches, typically it would be quite high and I don't think it would be so regular as every night. Frequent--daily to several times a week--headaches are most often muscular contraction headaches due to neck/scalp muscle tightness..often related to stress. It could also be migraine, but likely not so regular. Your doctor can help sort it out. Stay well. Read more...
