Had colectomy and chemo 8 years ago. Still going 10-20 times daily to bathroom. Pouchitis sporadic problem. Any way to decrease number of stools?

Pouchitis? I assume your colostomy gets inflamed.
Begin with diet and start a low fiber diet. If no better after 1 or 2 weeks try bulking agents ( fibercon or equivelent). It's counter intuitive so first try no fiber then trying more fiber to see which helps. If still a problem consider small amounts of Imodium (loperamide) regularly. Look into all your medicines and make sure diarrhea is not induced.
