Sores from kissing. hello ! Mono has an incubation period of 4-6 weeks so you kiss and get sick 1 and a half months later. This is unlikely to be MONO unless you kissed someone 6 weeks ago. You'd be sicker too. These are probably common herpes oral lesions. Dont kiss or have oral sex and they are VERY infectious for the next 10 days. thanks. Read more...
