I have chest pain left side below my heart when breathing in and when lifting anything been there for a week now and getting more painfull. Any ideas?

What you are describing is more likely chest wall (musculoskeletal) discomfort than a cardiac cause.
This, of course, requires a real evaluation if the symptoms do not improve with conservative therapies, like rest, local heat, mild analgesics, and avoiding any exacerbating activity. If not improved, contact your physician. Btw, be careful to call your symptoms chest "discomfort", not "heart"!
