I have been without a monthly for 6 months now. I did 2 home pregnant tests 2months after I lost it. Came back negative. Is there something wrong?

In brief: Not Necessarily
Usually there is nothing wrong.
Most of the time it means you did not ovulate or release an egg. But it can be a sign of other hormonal changes and so while there is likely no emergency, you should see a doctor to see if there is a particular reason.
