I have hashimotos & I'm on 180mg whole thyroid. My weight can fluctuate 1-2 kgs in 2days. My bloods show normal tsh, low t3 (liothyronine). Any ideas?

Whole thyroid. Dessicated thyroid hormone has variable amount of T4 and t3 (liothyronine). While T4 has a long half life and maintains even levels in general, T3 (liothyronine) has a short half life and can waver throughout the day, especially if given once a day.
TBG deficiency. Lots of people have low total T4 and T3 (liothyronine) because of thyroid binding globulin deficiency. It's not pathological. More accurate thyroid hormone measurements are achieved by measuring free thyroid hormone levels (ft4, ft3). The american thyroid association's position statement is that measuring ft3/t3 doesn't demonstrate thyroid hormone sufficiency. Supplementing with T3 (liothyronine) is not standard of care.
