In brief: Bog

You may have enlarged prostate.
This prevents your bladder to fully empty. Your bladder has urge to urinate when it senses is fulled. With enlarged prostate, you half empty your bladder and urge to urinate is gone). This causes you to urinate every 2-4 hrs instead of 6-8hrs that's why get up at night so often. We gave meds to help you but you need an scam and tests first.

In brief: Change behavior

Stop fluids after dinner. Urinate before bedtime.
If that doesn't work, consult a urologist for medical therapy.
