What causes tickling of the feet and hands?

Neuropathy. Tickling of the feet and hands is usually a sign of a diffuse peripheral neuropathy. There are many causes of neuropathy including medications, diabetes, vitamin B12 deficiency, and hepatitis, and the diagnosis depends on your history of symptoms and physical exam. Rarely, a lesion in the spinal cord or lesions in the brain can cause this but in those cases there are usually other symptoms.
